I wanted to love this place but the food didn't hit like I thought it would esp with all the hype surrounding the restaurant. My bf and I made a resos for sat night and it was busyyy. We started with the cruise control cocktail & melon app. For our mains, we got the radiator pasta, risotto, & the sausage pizza with hot honey. My fav was the risotto bc it came w a lot of meaty mushrooms. Not sure I agree with them having the best pizza in htx as it tasted like pizza I had before. The portions sizes were small which was contradictory to what our waiter told us (apparently each plate serves 2-4 ppl) but we easily finished & I usually don't eat a lot. Also why is hot honey an extra $2 when they give the smallest amount and its not even hot?? Service was a tad slow as we waited a long time for our pizza. Overall, the food was good but nothing was life changing or amazing. Rating wise it's probs closer to 3.8 stars.

After 3 years, Tiny Champions is going strong and continues to create incredible dishes. They also have pretty great happy hour on weekdays. Reservations are needed on the weekends, but it's a bit easier to walk-in on the weekdays. Parking is never great on the street, but it is possible. The patio is great for casual vibes, while the intimate dining room feels slightly more upscale. Share everything - that way you can try more!

My fiancé and I went on a double date on a Friday nights got two weeks ago. We sat outside on a hot summer day and loved it. Dress cool though. I had the radiatori pasta with octopus. Very spicy very delicious and the octopus was cooked so well. My date had a sausage and pepperoni pizza.Overall the pizza options weren't all that wide and nothing too brag to you all about. Ps. They are plant friendly and have a large variety both indoor and outdoor.

I did not know what to expect when I came here. Some decent pizza I guess? We had Dre as our server and she was awesome. She checked on our table LOADS and made sure we had everything at every time. We ordered Olives and the Baked feta to start which held us off for the main number. The Salami Picante and Summer Corn pizzas were truly some fantastic suggestions. WOW!!! Just when I thought we couldn't top that she suggested her "Dre special dessert" and our mouths were watering. I'm still biased to the Cookies and cream ice cream but you really can't go wrong with either! I will definitely be back!

I'll say it and I'll say it again. If/when anyone asks me for recommendations for eats in Houston, it will be Tiny Champions. I've taken my coworkers here for Happy Hour, I've taken my friends here for dinner, and they are always impressed. - Ricotta Dreamsicle Super solid mocktail. It really does taste like those orange creamsicles everyone had when they were growing up. All my friends were impressed - Cabbage Salad I was debating on getting this or the Butter Beans since I wanted to try something new. If I had to choose, I'd stick with Butter Beans. But if you're looking for something light and refreshing, Cabbage Salad is a great choice! - Fried Quail I know it's quail so it's going to be small but I did wish the portion was a little bigger. The meat itself was tender and mosit with a crispy exterior! The gamechanger was the sauce though- idk what they put it in but I was literally putting the sauce on my salad I was obsessed - Creamy Rissoto Good lawd this was fire. The flavors were flavoring. 10/10, would definitely get it again. - Short Rib This was another super solid dish. The meat was extremely tender and I loved the creamy poletna with pickled carrots. It is a little pricey though ($36) but if you're in the mood to splurge, this is a good choice! - Gladiator I got this when I tried Tiny Champions for the first time and I love this dish. I really enjoy how tender the octopus is and the flavors & textures of this dish is phenomenal. - Dessert Sundae, cookies & cream, and chocolate. They were all spectacular and I liked the mini donut holes that came with the ice cream. I had their lemon ricotta last time and I think I prefer that one compared to this time's but it was still a lovely way to end the delicious dinner.

Probably my favorite pizza outing that I've had in a while with a great wine selection. Plenty of space outside, that has a little more casual feeling to it. Plenty of street parking, so nothing to worry about there.

Not tiny but def a champion. Bestie suggested this spot and did not disappoint. Street parking. Good luck. Ambiance is the new dimly lit, cozy, full of plants (which I love) and casual conversations. Had a 6:45 p reservation and they were fairly packed. The order: Cabbage salad with pistachio apricot agrodulce and pecorino cheese - bestie said the salad had crack in it bc she was an addict, I laughed. When I hear cabbage salad, immediately think Cole slaw which I hate BUT let me tell you, this salad will convert you. I still think about it from time to time - must order Radiator - braised octopus, calibrate chili, gremolata - the octopus was perfect - tender and paired with the pasta and sauce wonderfully Pizza - ricotta cream sauce, mixed seasonal greens, mozzarella, pickled garlic - the greens being baked were such a different element, but delicious Dessert - coffee ice cream Sunday with hot fudge and lil donut hole - not into coffee but wowza this was a perfect ending to a night of delicious food, the holes came out hot which was a nice contrast to the ice cream Overall, the staff was friendly and the whole ambience added a nice relaxing experience. Def plan on going back. It's the cabbage salad.

Tiny champions is always a good idea. MAKE RESERVATIONS. The menu updates seasonly and I love how they put flavors together. This was my first time trying their salami pizza and citrus salad and it was delicious. The Brie was also delicious. Make sure you get the braised butter beans - you won't regret it. The pizza is amazing and the fancy ranch is a good dipping sauce. The atmosphere is dim lit and romantic. They also have a great wine list and craft cocktails. There is free street parking.

I came here on a Thursday night for a drink at the bar and a birthday dinner. Parking on the street was plentiful and felt somewhat safe, despite the fresh broken glass on a spot I decided to pass up, for one in front of main entrance. Once inside you feel transported into a cozy atmosphere with friendly bartenders. Of all the drinks I opted for the Evil eye that had the right amount of pomegranate, lime juice and liquor 43. That's right, the same herbal spirit in your Nespresso carajillos. Perfectly shaken and at $11 or so, I could see myself ubering back for a few very soon. Onto the dinner, there were about 12 in our party and we were seated in a long rectangular formation. No split checks so let's order some big ass plates for all. Of all the pizzas, I enjoyed the pepperoni the best. With a tasty pepperoni profile and perfectly chewy crust, this pizza is a must order. There was a ravioli with green peas that I absolutely enjoyed and would order again. The dessert was divine and that coffee ice cream and fudge combo be bussin'! The service was impeccable and the only reason I must take a 1 star deduction are the prices. Perhaps our group ordered the high dollar dishes; but I think the overall price for the table should have reflected more of a caviar priced dinner. But a solid spot for cocktails and attentive service.

Solid Houston Happy Hour spot! My friends and I made a last-minute reservation - thank God we did because it got busy. We ordered some items on and off the HH menu. What's nice is that they have an extensive mocktail list - try the ricotta dreamsicle! For food we shared their oysters, Greens Pizza, Braised Butter Beans, Mushrooms, Baked Feta, Rigatoni, and Pistachio Lemon Ricotta Ice Cream Cake. Everything was amazing and nicely portioned, and my top 2 faves were the Baked Feta and the Ice Cream Cake. The baked feta was so creamy and comforting, while the Ice Cream Cake wasn't overly sweet and so refreshing with the fresh slices of orange on top. I had their Coko Loko cocktail which packed a punch and ended with a lovely pandan coconut note. Lastly our server was very attentive. Would definitely come back! Side note: there's tons of free street parking right outside the restaurant
